When a listing is marked as an "exact plant," the specimen in the photos is the one heading to your door — not a look-alike swap. Plants keep growing between the photoshoot and shipping day, so small natural changes (a new leaf, a shifted leaf, an older leaf aging) are normal and expected, not a discrepancy.
Packed with care
Every plant is prepared and packed to minimize movement and protect its leaves in transit. If severe weather could put a plant's health or safe delivery at risk, we may hold the shipment briefly and ship once things clear up. You'll get tracking information as soon as your order ships so you can plan to receive it promptly.
Straight talk about plants
Living plants vary — in size, shape, color, and variegation — and we do our best to describe each one honestly, separating normal quirks from real damage or health issues. Any care tips we share are general guidance; your plant's actual needs will depend on your light, humidity, water, and space.

Shipping and delivery support
We currently ship to the United States and United Kingdom, subject to carrier and import restrictions. If a plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, wrong, or noticeably different from its listing, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll sort out a fix.
