Refund policy
Return window: 30 days from the delivery date for eligible non-perishable items.
Non-returnable items: Living plants and other perishable goods, custom or personalized orders, gift cards, items marked final sale, and opened hygiene/personal-care products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your right to a remedy if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Condition required: Returned items must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging.
How to start a return:
- Email contact@vidoss.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm approval and send you a prepaid return shipping label and the return address within 2 business days.
- Pack the item securely and ship it using the provided label.
Who pays for return shipping: Vidoss pays for return shipping on all approved returns using the prepaid label we provide.
Refund method and timing: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Living plant arrival guarantee (separate from standard returns): Living plants cannot be returned for a change of mind because they are perishable. If a plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or materially different from its listing, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the plant, packaging, and shipping label. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund within 5 business days of approving the claim.
Exchanges: Available within the same 30-day window for eligible non-perishable items, subject to stock availability. Email us with your order number and the item you'd like instead.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund within 5 business days.
